DNA Spanish Restaurant

DNA Spanish Restaurant is basic in Central District of Taichung City, Taiwan. We provide traditional and modern creative of Spanish Cuisine. For the decoration of the restaurant, we are using dark wooden color with golden metal design. We place and decorate by using the Photo and Art from the Spanish Photographer and designer. The whole restaurant gives a luxury, but understated style to our guests. For the menu, we also provide Spanish Tapas and traditional Spanish Cuisine, like Paella and Santiago. Our sommelier will select best wine pairing out of 405 different Spanish wines, also provide bottle or glass serving. In 2021 our restaurant win the award of wine spectator one glass. Our goal is to provide an excellent dining of Spanish Cuisine to local guest. All the guests can experience the traditional Spanish Cuisine, and knowing how Spanish Chef using modern skills to express traditional Spanish Cuisine with Spanish and local Taiwanese material.

Located on Chicago’s Cultural Mile at 18 S. Michigan Ave, Acanto Restaurant + Wine Bar is well-known as a destination for wine enthusiasts in the heart of the city. Boasting an extensive wine list showcasing every region of Italy to complement Executive Chef Jason Paskewitz’ innovative Italian cuisine. Acanto takes pride in a well-educated staff with one-on-one and weekly group training programs overseen by Gage Hospitality Group corporate wine director, Torrence O’Haire and sommelier Gregory Hartofelis. The staff training program is geared toward welcoming guests in and educating them about wine in a comfortable, genuine manner, allowing staff to offer wine to each guest in a way that is meaningful, educational, and fun. Learning, discussing, and selecting a wine is a sincere and enjoyable experience at Acanto, and it holds its place with the best wine bars in the country with pride. We host regular wine dinners, events, and classes for the public to keep Acanto's place as a hub of Chicago wine culture.
