The Best Airline Wine List category enables Judges to highlight the most outstanding wine lists of airlines large and small. Even more than for earth-bound restaurants, the pairing of the food and the wine is important, due to the inevitably smaller range of both, while the effects of altitude on the perception of wine make some styles more suitable than others.
