Achaval Ferrer has one single passion: to craft world class terroir-driven wines from Argentina. Achaval Ferrer produces the most critically acclaimed Malbecs from Mendoza, sourced from single vineyards with low yielding, old ungrafted vines. Achaval Ferrer’s premium reputation as a creator of elegant and atypical Malbecs, was forged in 1998 when Santiago Achaval, Manuel Ferrer and the prestigious Italian winemaker Roberto Cipresso realised an ambitious dream - to create world class Argentinean wine from high altitude vineyards in Mendoza. Their first release, Finca Altamira 1999, was the first Argentine wine to receive five stars from Decanter and the following vintages continue to impress knowledgeable palates across the globe. With vineyards planted in 1910, 1921 and 1950, and at 730-1110m above sea level, the wines’ potential is set in the vineyard and the team remain focused on terroir. The winemaking philosophy that guides Gustavo Rearte and his team, is based on three main pillars: old ungrafted vines, deliberately low yields and minimal intervention.

Bouza

Ca'del Bosco

Established in 1969, Ca’ Del Bosco is an Italian winery that owns over 230 hectares of vineyards in the Lombardy region in Franciacorta. It was at this time that Annamaria Clementi Zanella transformed a forest full of chestnut trees into a vineyard and winery. Maurizo Zanella is the one who created the famous flagship sparkling wine of this label, the Franciacorta DOCG. Many wine experts consider that Franciacorta is the only region in Italy to produce authentic sparkling wines in the world. The winemaking method followed at Ca’ del Bosco is completely influenced by nature. While the team still follows historic winemaking techniques at the wineries, it also uses sophisticated equipment and cutting-edge technology to make some of the best Italian wines that you have ever tasted. A special technique known as the Ca’ del Bosco method is used for making wines here. In this method, grapes are carefully selected and harvested in separate bunches. At the wineries, the grapes undergo a thorough cleaning system. Three huge soaking tanks are used for cluster-washing the grapes and giving them a hydromassage. Thanks to this vigorous cleaning technique, the juices extracted are as pure as possible. Then, the musts undergo a decanting process in a couple of floating tasks, before they are fermented in oak barrels or stainless steel vats. At the wineries, wood is used to the best of its abilities to retain the flavour and aroma of the fruits while extracting the juices. The wines are aged in temperature-controlled environments, where innovative techniques are used in underground cellars to create top-quality wines.

A Silesian glassworks in the Sudeten Mountains, founded in 1842 by Count Leopold von Schaffgotsch and named after his beloved wife Josephine. The glassmaker Franz Pohl, head of Josephinenhütte, was a gifted creator and artistic pioneer who went beyond the boundaries of what was thought possible in glassmaking at the time. Thus, were created glass objects of technical sophistication and absolute beauty, which made the historic Josephinenhütte one of the most significant glassworks in Europe and the New World. Three friends, fascinated and inspired by the value of true craftmanship, want to bring Josephinenhütte back to life. The dream is to create glasses that are delicate and light, sophisticated and exquisite and which re-establish the exceptional Josephinenhütte standards. The keystone to completing this vision: Kurt Josef Zalto, possibly the most gifted glass designer of our time. He should, and has, become the creative director of Josephinenhütte. Lingua Franca

Widely respected as one of the top winemakers in Burgundy, Dominique Lafon took notice of this exceptional vineyard site and joined Larry Stone, alongside winemaking protégé Thomas Savre, to craft uniquely expressive wines harnessing the unique terroir of Oregon. The Willamette Valley is an ideal location to grow Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Its average seasonal temperatures, long daylight hours in the summer months, and total annual rainfall resemble the conditions in Burgundy, where the fruit attains uncontested perfection. All of our work is guided by respect for the environment, encouraging healthy diversity of life around and among us.

Luigi Bosco

Established in 1901 by Don Leoncio Arizu, Bodega Luigi Bosca is Argentina’s most ancient family-owned winery today. Currently, the winery is managed by the descendants of the founder. This winery is located in Mendoza, the richest wine-producing regions in Argentina. The wines crafted in the Luigi Bosca winery are of high quality and intensity because of the unique desert climate of Mendoza and the fertile alluvial deposits in the soil. The seven proprietary vineyards that are in the names of Bodega Luigi Bosca today are Finca La Linda, Finca Los Nobles, La Espana, Don Leoncio, El Paraiso, La Puntilla and Los Miradores. These are located across Argentina’s important wine regions of Maipu, Tupungato and Lujan de Cuyo. The best part of these vineyards is that they are all at an elevated level.

Moët & Chandon

The legendary Moët & Chandon is celebrating 280 years as the world’s most loved champagne. For over a quarter of a millennium, the renowned French winemaker has been sharing the magic of champagne across the globe. Every glass overflows with the House’s hallmark values of history, generosity, savoir-faire, success, boldness and elegance—values still at the heart of its global appeal. Toward the end of the 18th century, Jean-Remy Moët, grandson of founder Claude Moët, became famous as the man who introduced champagne to the world. The important figures of the era, from the Marquise de Pompadour to Talleyrand to Napoleon quickly fell in love with the House’s effervescent wine. Moët & Chandon was soon the icon of success and elegance that it remains to this day.

Sainte Marguerite en Provence

Since it was founded in 1977 by the Fayard family, Sainte Marguerite en Provence has never ceased to reinvent the codes of rosé, while at the same time honouring work that respects the vines and the environment. In 2022, on the basis of shared values, the Fayard family and Pernod Ricard joined forces to continue the development of the House.

Taylor's

For many, Taylor’s is the archetypal Port house and its wines the quintessential Ports. Established over three centuries ago in 1692, Taylor’s is one of the oldest of the founding Port houses. It is dedicated entirely to the production of Port wine and in particular to its finest styles. Above all, Taylor’s is regarded as the benchmark for Vintage Port. Noted for their elegance and poise as well as for their restrained power and longevity, Taylor’s Vintage Ports are blended from the finest wines of the firm’s own quintas or estates, Vargellas, Terra Feita and Junco.
