Fish Point serves the freshest fish of the morning catch, like carp, trout and sturgeon. The restaurant uses local produce primarily, both on the menu and in the wine list. To complement the food the wine list of about 300 items was designed to be versatile, with mainly white wines (around 70 % of the wine list) which are traditionally served with fish dishes. The wine list includes classical French, Italian and Spanish wines as well as less common Argentinian, American, Georgian and Australian wines. When designing the wine list Fish Point sommeliers paid special attention to the wines of Southern Russia. Thanks to indigenous grapes and special production technologies, Russian wines have become a new important trend. The Fish Point is proud to follow this trend, with more than 20 Russian wines in the wine list.

Max's Beef for Money
Max's Beef for Money on Patriarchy Ponds in Moscow is a cozy and elegant meat restaurant. The food in Max's is based on seasonal products, delicate taste and of course the best meat. Beef from adult cows (only) is brought from the farm in Kaliningrad region where the breaders follow the most respectful attitude towards animals. The use of meat is based on the principle "from nose to tail" and on dry ageing and all the parts of the carcass are used. Ageing in big cuts in a special ageing room (located in the restaurant hall) makes the meat taste deep, concentrated and creamy.
